New Clients - Fringers
We Kindly request you arrive 5-10 minutes before you scheduled appointment time.
Services
Many of our services will require a non-refundable deposit or card on file to secure an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit deposit. Customers who provide ample notice of cancellation (24hrs or more notice) will have their deposit reverted to customer credit and applied to a future service.
If you suspect you may arrive late for your appointment, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however we reserve the right to reduce the service or the entire service may be forfeited completely or rescheduled. One client running late has the potential to throw the rest of the day's appointments off. If we do not receive a call from you within 15 minutes of your late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
we do our best to accommodate Walk-Ins but do not always have availability to do so. we strongly encourage pre booking appointments.
Walk ins
Refunds will not be issued for deposits, salon services, custom extension orders, and/or gift certificates. Unused, unopened hair products may be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Questions or concerns? Please notify Beyond the Fringe via phone within three days of your service.
Refunds
For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the cutting area unless they are receiving a service. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.
