New Clients - Fringers

We love to spoil our fringers with a nice, long shampoo and relaxing head massage. We Kindly request you arrive 10 minutes before you scheduled appointment time

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge oF 50% of the service amount or forfeit their booking deposit,

Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your services if they cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. all attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. if we do not here from you 15 minutes or more in to your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "no-show"and you will incur a charge of 50% of the service scheduled or forfeit their booking deposit.

Late Arrivals

yes, we do accept walk-in clients. Please keep in mind that we do our best to accommodate all of our clients. we strongly encourage our fringers to pre book their next appointments before leaving our salon.

Walk ins

We do not issue refunds on salon services, custom extension orders, and/or gift certificates. should the Client have any questions or concerns about services received in the salon, please notify Beyond the Fringe via phone at (804) 285-7716 within three days of your service. Hair products can be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase.
