CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

we understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

 

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will incur a charge of 50% of the service scheduled.

NEW CLIENTS - FRINGERS

We love to spoil our fringers  with a nice long shampoo and relaxing head massage -  we kindly request you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

We accept CASH AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER,  AS WELL AS Apple Pay. 

WALK INS

Yes, we accept walk-in clients. Please keep in mind that we do our best to accommodate all of our clients. We encourage our FRINGERs  to pre book their next appointment before they leave the salon. Feel free to call us to set up your next appointment. (804) 285-7716

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund.
