Zack started his career with Beyond The Fringe in 2016 as an apprentice. Upon his successful completion of the apprenticeship program, he became a full time stylist and has continued to grow and expand his portfolio. Zack has a passion for hair color theory and color corrections. Zack discovered his interest for hair at an early age when he started coloring & styling not only his hair, but friends and family also. In school he was an IB art student where his deep rooted passion in color and creativity was realized. In his spare time Zack enjoys spending time with his beloved pit bull Sharon, and traveling. He is honored to be apart of the BTF family and looks forward to having you at the salon.

With an intuitive sense for style - Cyndi takes the time to truly understand each guest’s vision before crafting a look that complements their natural beauty. Cyndi's goal is simple—to ensure every guest leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and completely at home in their own hair.

Creating art has always been a passion of mine, and hair has become my favorite way to express that. From a young age, I was drawn to styling, coloring, and experimenting with different looks, and that passion has only grown stronger over time. Being an apprentice at Beyond the Fringe gives me the chance to learn every day, improve my skills, and turn something I truly love into a lifelong career.

Deborah has years of experience at Beyond the Fringe. She has continued to enhance her skills as a stylist - to the point where skills and aesthetics meet. "It is at that juncture where life experience makes a difference for my clients. Communicating with a client over time tells me not just what cut and styles will be best for her or his hair, but what will best suit the client’s personality. Learning that skill comes with experience but also with observation of other stylists’ creativity.  As a full-service salon, we all benefit from each other’s experience and finding motivation to strive for excellence. Dedication to continued achievement is a matter of individual work and teamwork." In Deborah's free time, she enjoys being with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

Lizeth has been behind the chair for many years. She loves helping clients look and feel their best. She’s passionate about building relationships with her guests and creating hair that makes people feel confident the moment they leave the salon. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two boys and spends most of her free time keeping up with their adventures. A good cup of coffee is her daily fuel. As a bilingual stylist, she loves connecting with and serving a diverse community of guests, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and understood during their salon experience.
