Salon Policies
Salon Etiquette
We promote an upscale, professional and relaxing environment free from obscenities and disruptive behavior. We have a zero tolerance policy for offensive, inappropriate or disrespectful comments and behavior.
Child Safety Policy
For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the cutting area unless they are receiving a service. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.

Appointments
Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including appointment reminders, service updates, special offers, and other marketing messages via email, text, or phone. We kindly request that you reply to your text reminders in order to confirm your upcoming appointment.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit deposit or incur a cancellation fee. Customers who provide ample notice of cancellation (24hrs or more notice) will have their deposit reverted to customer credit and applied to a future service.
Late Arrivals
If you suspect you may arrive late for your appointment, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however we reserve the right to reduce the service or the entire service may be forfeited completely or rescheduled. One client running late has the potential to throw the rest of the day's appointments off. If we do not receive a call from you within 15 minutes of your late arrival, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service booked.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service booked. Future appointments may require prepayment or a deposit to secure your time slot. We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate another guest.
